About the role

This is a paid part-time position as a Management Intern with Menards. The role offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop understanding of Menards business
• Gain hands-on management experience

Pay

The pay rate is $10.50 per hour, with an additional $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
