Management Internship

About the role

Apart from being a paid part-time position, this Management Internship offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience. The role is designed to prepare you for a management role within the near future.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business.
• Develop your understanding of Menards' operations and processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing various aspects of the store.
