Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Support Customer Service Managers and Account Managers in the fulfillment of customer contracts throughout the AmericasSupport data analysis projectsAssist with dashboard creation, KPI reports and performance metricsContribute to the automation and optimization of recurring reports and reporting processesPrepare data visualizations and presentationsApply data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights under supervision All other duties as assigned or required Requirements The ideal Intern in Customer Service and Account Management must fulfill the following requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similarExperience with dashboards and data visualization desirableExposure to automation or scripting desirable Experience working with datasets as part of coursework and/or projects desirableFamiliarity with AI tools desirableStrong Excel skillsBasic knowledge of Power BI/TableauBasic Python knowledgeStrong analytical and communication skillsMust possess a legal work permit in the U.S. CV/Resume and Cover Letter required Company will not provide relocation assistance
