Flexible Customer Service Associate
About the role
The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental, maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. The associate ensures world-class customer service and sales support, shuttles customers, and prepares vehicles for pick-up — including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

- Shuttle customers to and from locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up: cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrates ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to perform the responsibilities
- Ability to perform essential physical functions: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Knowledge of equipment operation: computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
Pay
$17.00 per hour
