Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist at a consumer goods company located in Boston, MA 02134. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. This is a temporary role (est. 3-4 months) and will pay between $35.00-$45.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week. Starts October 19th, 2026. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate the full-cycle recruiting processFacilitate recruiting, interviews, and information sessionsPlan and organize the onboarding processEnsure positions are posted to appropriate job boards, databases, colleges, etc. Proactively source qualified candidatesScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsCollect feedback and hold debrief meetings after the interviews have concludedExtend employment offers to successful candidatesEnsure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processingEnsure all background, references, and clearances have been completed REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree required3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficientlyStrong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook and ExcelExperience with Workday is preferred For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates, please send an updated resume in a Word document to: hgorman@daleyaa.com
