Responsibilities

• Oversight of information disclosure statement processes including reference management and document drafting
• Support attorneys and paralegals with prosecution of U.S. and foreign patents
• Aid in the preparation of routine correspondence to clients and foreign associates
• Aid in the preparation and filing of legal documents at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Review and report documents received from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Provide support to IP team members with special projects and coverage
• Consistently achieve billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Previous exposure to the Intellectual Property field or an office environment preferred
