IPT Project Assistant
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and analyze cases and files
- Verify project accuracy
- Perform legal research and writing
- Coordinate court/agency filings
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to perform effectively as part of a team or independently
- The ability to see all aspects of a project through to completion, sometimes under time-sensitive conditions, and while maintaining quality of the highest level
- The ability to exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Strong organizational and effective time management abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency and savvy with technology, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to exercise flexibility to work overtime, travel, or temporarily relocate, as needed
Education And Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous experience as a Project Assistant or Paralegal in a large law firm or professional services environment is also preferred

Pay
The salary range in CA for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
