About The Role

Charlie Health is a pioneer in mental health treatment, offering superior clinical care alongside a groundbreaking holistic model. Every client receives 9 hours of psychoeducation groups, including 3 integrative hours that incorporate contemplative, creative arts, and experiential modalities. Integrative Group Facilitators support clients through expressive tools, creative arts, and contemplative practices, fostering healing through immersive experiences.

We are hiring exceptional Integrative Group Facilitators to provide remote, telehealth services. This is a contract/1099 position with flexible scheduling, requiring a minimum of 9 permanent group hours per week across 3 days. Facilitators will work with a warm, empathetic team to deliver high-quality care to clients navigating serious mental health challenges.

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP)
  • Mindful Self Compassion (MSC)
  • Chaplaincy + Spiritual Coaching
  • Music Therapy (Requires MT-BC)
  • Dance and Movement Therapy (Requires R-DMT/BC-DMT)
  • Art Therapy (Requires ATR-ATR-BC)
  • Drama Therapy (Requires RDT)
  • Experiential Groups
  • Adventure and Nature-Based Groups
  • Recreation Based Practice
  • Expressive Communications
  • Play Practice
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Psychodrama
  • Poetry and Narrative Practice
  • Somatic Experiencing

About You

  • Creative, innovative, and integrative in your approach to mental health care
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in your integrative modality and confidently integrate it into treatment
  • Comfortable working with children, teens, young adults, and adults
  • Passionate about group practices and skilled in conducting virtual group sessions
  • Charismatic and engaging, especially over video
  • Committed to teamwork and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly group treatment via telehealth
  • Develop creative ways to conduct integrative group treatment virtually
  • Deliver clinical services in accordance with recognized best practices
  • Use thoughtful risk management in all interactions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
  • Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and well-written manner
  • Maintain professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health required
  • Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults
  • Experience with high-acuity populations required
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
  • Experience, training, and certification in one or more integrative modalities (listed above) required
  • Licensed mental health professional preferred
  • Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
  • Reliable WiFi connection for client meetings
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom) and EMR/outcomes survey software
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • 1099 position
  • Available for a minimum of 9 direct clinical hours per week across at least 3 nights (Monday–Thursday, 3:00–8:00 PM MST)
