About the role
As a Integration Technician, your mission is to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components to support customer requirements. You will report to the Production Manager. This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
- Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
- Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
- Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or delivery.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly in a production environment
- Ability to learn computer programs
- Knowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment
- Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
- Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions
- Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically
- Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
