About the role

Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. This includes conducting feasibility studies, preparing project plans, and coordinating resources to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors progress against plan and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in project management preferred
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management
