Responsibilities

- Monitors progress against plan and makes adjustments as necessary
- Ensures compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management preferred
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management
