About the role

Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans that outline project scope, timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitors progress against plan, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, customers, and management to provide updates on project status and address concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or project planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management software such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
