Integrated Planner and Scheduler
Responsibilities
- Develop the daily schedule for the advanced materials products.
- Create the execution plans to fulfill manufacturing order deadlines for U.S.
- Maintain all operational and planning parameters in SAP, manage exception messages, and resolve conflicts related to material availability, capacity constraints, and order promise integrity.
- Communicate material status and availability to internal customers. Customer Service Representatives, planners and pertinent business leaders
- Interface with suppliers and business leaders to address daily operational issues, including delivery timeliness, quality concerns, and transportation challenges.
- Plan and coordinate the replenishment of imports, raw materials and packaging supplies and manage plant-to-plant transfers.
- Manage the warehouse replenishment process (Distribution Requirements Planning - DRP).
- Execute the required business plan inventory targets and administer corrective actions if needed.
- Define and implement site and global supply chain processes and cost improvement projects.
- Occasional on-call required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management required; and 3-5 years’ experience required.
- APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification are preferred.
- Knowledge of MRP II principles, concepts, and supply chain processes.
- High degree of initiative, ability to achieve results individually and in a team environment, commitment to task and detail orientation, ability to multi-task in a dynamic business environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and computer skills, including strong proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP and/or OMP.
- Occasional domestic travel required, up to 25%.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $76,000-104,500.
