About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Participate in rounds and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
