Essential Functions
- Counseling, conducting intakes, assessments, crisis intervention, developing treatment plans, ongoing follow up counseling and treatment plan reviews, developing safety plans, group therapy and education, and facilitating referrals.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years’ related experience, required.
- Proficient experience with online billing software and databases (CIMOR experience is a plus), Microsoft Office Suite and use of E-mail, required.
- Ability to lift to 20 pounds, frequently and up to 40 pounds, occasionally.
- Must be capable of performing the above essential duties in an office environment to include using a computer, answering phones, moving client files, etc.
- CPR/First Aid certification, required.
- An annual TB test, required.
- Must be a team player, a self-starter, and perform well with minimal supervision.
- Must think independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
Physical and Working Conditions
- Must be capable of performing the above essential duties in an office environment to include using a computer, answering phones, moving client files, etc.
- Ability to lift to 20 pounds, frequently and up to 40 pounds, occasionally.
- Most work will be indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
