About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring customer interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop and publish high-quality content across various social media channels
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to engage with customers
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
