Intake Analyst
About the role
The DMHC Help Center educates members about their health care rights and resolves complaints against health plans to ensure a stable and accessible health care delivery system. The incumbent will serve in the Provider Complaint Branch’s Intake Unit, responsible for assisting in the processing of complex provider complaints, triaging complaints related to Pharmacy Benefit Managers, assisting the team lead and management in addressing issues impacting the Intake Unit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of complex provider complaints
- Triage complaints related to Pharmacy Benefit Managers
- Work independently, confidentially, and take the initiative to address emerging trends

Pay
$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month.
Schedule
Hybrid telework schedule is permitted at the operational needs of the Department and is subject to change, consistent with the State Telework Policy and the DMHC’s Telework Policy.
