Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and is ready to build a lasting career in the insurance industry. Whether you’re experienced in insurance or new to the field, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Offer tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal lines
  • Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, inbound calls, and community outreach
  • Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
  • Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates
  • Maintain and exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

  • P&C license is mandatory
  • Sales experience of at least 1 year perferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
