Insurance Sales Representative – Base + Commission + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
• Follow up with agency-provided leads and referrals
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain and grow a personal book of business
• Learn sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies
• Support daily agency operations and client service activities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in professional growth
• Currently licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses (licensing assistance provided)
