Job Summary

Farmers Insurance District Office is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives for a structured career path designed to develop jobs into careers. This is a hands-on mentorship program where you’ll learn the reins of the industry while earning great income along the way. You’ll work directly under a top-performing experienced agent, gaining real-world experience in sales, client relationships, and business operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales & Business Development: Prospect and build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings (Zoom), and in-person consultations; Deliver personalized service and long-term support to clients; Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage solutions; Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
  • Agency Operations & Training: Learn day-to-day agency operations, marketing, and retention strategies; Participate in structured training, coaching, and accountability programs

Compensation & Growth

  • Commission-based income + bonuses + overrides
  • Average 1st year earnings between $64k - 85k
  • Top earners make significantly more

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Strong sales and/or customer service background (phone and in-person); Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Comfortable with outbound calling, virtual meetings, and follow-up; Coachable, accountable, and able to follow a proven system; Goal-driven with a long-term vision
  • PREFERRED: Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing and able to obtain licensing)
