Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to landlords and property owners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Leverage provided tools and training to quickly ramp up and close deals.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (insurance experience a plus, but not required).
- Tech-savvy: strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
- Driven & competitive: motivated by sales goals and uncapped commission.
- Self-starter: takes initiative and thrives under accountability.
Pay
$60,000 base salary + uncapped commission, averaging $100,000–$200,000+ total compensation (top agents earn $200,000+). Includes stock options in a fast-growing company.
