Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty license within your first month (study materials provided at no cost)
• Work with qualified, warm leads, cool calling lists, or purchased leads
• Handle high call volume to generate quotes and present customized insurance solutions
• Build strong, long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Maintain organized databases and follow-up pipelines
• Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends
• Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to exceed sales goals
