Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Proficient with CRM systems
• Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)
• Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.

About the Role

This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Requirements

You must be a motivated, competitive, and goal-driven individual with a background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management. Strong communication and leadership potential are also required. Proficiency with CRM systems is necessary, and you must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us).
