Insurance Recovery Practice Attorney - Senior

About the role

The successful candidate will provide legal representation to clients in insurance recovery matters, working closely with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to secure coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in obtaining defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims
• Work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to secure coverage
• Handle a wide range of complex insurance coverage disputes
• Engage in strategic planning and negotiation to resolve coverage issues

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in insurance coverage
• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Passion for insurance coverage litigation

$190,000 annually
