About the role

The successful candidate will assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims. They will work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims
• Work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel
• Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy
• Handle and handle a busy and varied caseload of policyholder cases

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in insurance coverage
• Experience preferably at another AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

$190,000 annually

Schedule

Non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement. Flexible work schedule is encouraged.
