Insurance Recovery Practice Attorney - Senior

About the role

The successful candidate will assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for third-party liability claims. They will work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to secure coverage
• Handle and manage a diverse caseload of policyholder cases
• Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in insurance coverage
• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in good standing in California
• Strong academic credentials

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with insurance company adjusters and defense counsel
• Knowledge of insurance coverage principles and practices

$190,000 annually

Schedule

Non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement
