Requirements
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web-based applications
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
