About the role

Inspect properties for insurance claims, ensuring compliance with insurance policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess damage and determine coverage eligibility.
  • Document findings in accordance with company guidelines and insurance requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding inspection results and next steps.
  • Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in property inspection or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within the region.

Skills

  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
  • Ability to operate a variety of inspection equipment.
