About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage caused by natural disasters or other incidents
- Document findings in accordance with company guidelines
- Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding inspection results
- Ensure all inspections are conducted safely and in compliance with safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
