About the role

Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties for damage caused by natural disasters or other incidents
  • Document findings and provide detailed reports
  • Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with insurance company guidelines
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and insurance adjusters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in property inspection or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes

Skills

  • Proficient in using digital imaging software
  • Familiarity with GIS mapping tools
  • Experience with property valuation tools
