About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for damage caused by natural disasters or other incidents
- Document findings and provide detailed reports
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with insurance company guidelines
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and insurance adjusters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in property inspection or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes
Skills
- Proficient in using digital imaging software
- Familiarity with GIS mapping tools
- Experience with property valuation tools
