About the role
Responsible for conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
- Document findings in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate inspection results to clients and adjust policies accordingly.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in property inspection or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
