About the role

Responsible for conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Document findings in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate inspection results to clients and adjust policies accordingly.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property inspection or related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
