Responsibilities
- Handle insurance defense cases, including auto liability and motor vehicle accident matters.
- Work on general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect cases.
- Participate in trials, with opportunities for 1st or 2nd chair experience.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Experience with auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
- Relevant experience in general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
Qualifications
Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.
