Responsibilities
- Handle insurance defense matters, including auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
- Work on general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect cases.
- Participate in trials, with opportunities for 1st or 2nd chair experience.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Experience with auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
- Experience in general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, or construction defect is a plus.
- 1st or 2nd chair trial experience is a bonus.
