Responsibilities
We are seeking attorneys at all levels—from recent law school graduates to senior trial lawyers—to handle insurance defense litigation, including:
- Auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases
- General liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect matters
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Experience with insurance defense litigation, including auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases
- Additional relevant experience in general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect (preferred)
- 1st or 2nd chair trial experience (a plus)
Pay
$150,000 - $225,000 per year, plus generous annual bonus structure.
