About the role

We are seeking insurance defense attorneys at all levels—from recent law school graduates to senior trial lawyers—to join a well-established, highly respected NYC firm known for litigation excellence, strong mentorship, and a collaborative team culture. The firm represents clients in complex negligence and tort matters, including auto liability, general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense litigation from intake through trial.
• Represent clients in auto liability, motor vehicle accident, general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect cases.
• Prepare for and conduct trials as 1st or 2nd chair (bonus qualification).

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience with auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
• Additional relevant experience in general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, or construction defect.
