The Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a collaborative team. Candidates must hold an active license to practice law in Washington State. Residency in Oregon is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions
• Represent clients in coverage litigation matters
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and carriers
• Ensure timely and high-quality work across all assignments

Requirements

• At least three - five years of experience in insurance coverage law
• A strong background in third-party coverage
• Experience drafting coverage opinions
• Handling coverage litigation
• Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington
• Residency in Oregon permitted
• Expertise in various types of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, commercial auto liability, excess casualty, and environmental coverage
