Insurance Coverage Attorney

About the role

As an Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will provide legal advice and representation to clients in insurance disputes. This includes reviewing policies, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases in court.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
• Litigate cases in state and federal courts
• Prepare and present evidence in court
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance law
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with legal research databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
