About the role
This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters. Responsibilities
- Representing national and international insurance clients in complex coverage disputes in both state and federal courts.
- Handling a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.
Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Louisiana Bar in good standing.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Louisiana. Experience in insurance coverage litigation is preferred.
