Insurance Associate - Famers Insurance (Hybrid, Birmingham)
About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients regarding insurance claims
- Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide clients with updates on the status of their claims
- Research and gather necessary documentation for claims
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements
- Active P&C (property and casualty) license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
