About the role

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours) Insurance Account Service Representative to join Zions Insurance Agency in Salt Lake City, UT. The Insurance Account Service Representative plays a key role in providing essential customer service and support for insurance and banking products while handling routine client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine insurance account service requests and resolve problems of limited scope.
  • Interact regularly with internal teams and external clients regarding everyday account matters.
  • Support relationship managers and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Apply standard practices and procedures to complete assigned projects accurately.
  • Maintain documentation and data using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of insurance and banking products, sales, customer service or other directly related experience.
  • Working knowledge of insurance products and related banking services.
  • Proficiency with various word processing and spreadsheet software applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with relationship managers and clients as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established directions and ensure work accuracy.

Location

This position is fully in office at our headquarters in Downtown Salt Lake City.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
