Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Insurance Representative fluent in English and Spanish with a bachelor’s degree to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing clear and accurate information about insurance products.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Process applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and product knowledge.
• Maintain high sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related customer service role is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000+ annually, with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to advance into an office manager role.
