INSURANCE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

About the role

As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. This is an in-office position only.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Explain and break down complex billing to customers.
• Multitask between answering phone calls and toggling between multiple systems daily.
• Responsible for completing all assigned tasks, emails, and customer inquiries by the end of each day.

Requirements

• Active VA Property & Casualty License and willing to obtain VA Life/Health License.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Deadline motivation.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
