Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales desirable.
• License in Property/Casualty/Life/Health preferred. If not licensed, we will help you obtain and pay the fees necessary to do so.
