About the role
The Mario Bujas Agency, representing Farmers Insurance, is seeking an energetic and experienced Insurance Account Representative to join their motivated team in Long Beach, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews to recommend suitable coverage
- Present and sell a range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
- Foster and maintain lasting client relationships through responsive service
- Track sales activities, follow up on leads, and manage renewals with CRM software
- Remain compliant with state and company regulations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production required)
- Active California Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License or willingness to obtain post-hire
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and initiative
- Consistent track record of meeting sales goals
