Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and revise CAI and ICW materials.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather, analyze, and organize technical content.
- Work with Graphic Artists to develop multimedia elements.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective training materials.
- Follow established style guides, standards, and templates to maintain consistency.
- Implement feedback from SMEs, QA, and customers to continuously improve courseware.
- Collaborate with fellow ISDs and cross-functional team members to meet project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in instructional design or related content development.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic understanding of learning theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Able to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Pay
Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $50,000.00/Yr. - USD $55,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
