INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER I

About the Role

This position involves working under supervision to proactively develop training materials. You will collaborate in a team environment to accomplish common goals and interact with military and other government personnel, adhering to appropriate protocols and customs.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials under supervision.
• Work effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
• Communicate with military and government personnel using appropriate dialect, courtesies, and customs.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Obtain a security clearance when required by the contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Design, or a closely related field. Closely related degrees must include a core group of coursework in instructional design, theory, and practice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Successful completion of an approved Military Instructor Training Program is a plus.
• Additional qualifications or experience as required by the contract position.
