$18.11 - $20.65 per hour (CSEA General Unit Salary Schedule)

Schedule

• 9 months/year (206 days/year)
• 5 days/week, Monday - Friday
• 6-hour work day: 7:45 AM - 2:15 PM

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with groups of children (listed on application)
• For some programs: possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain, a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire

Requirements

Applicants at Title I sites must pre-qualify by attaching one of the following:

• [A] Passing score from SJUSD's Proficiency Exam (testing date April 2005 or later; no other districts accepted)
• [B] Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST)
• [C] Official transcripts showing completion of two years of college (48 semester/60 quarter units)***
• [D] Proof of an A.A. degree (or higher)***

***Foreign degrees/transcripts must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
