Instructional Assistant - Aeronautics

About the role

The Instructional Assistant will support faculty in the Aeronautics program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom management and student engagement
• Support faculty in lesson planning and delivery
• Provide technical assistance to students using aeronautical equipment
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the Aeronautics program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working with college-level students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Background check required

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of aeronautical principles and practices
• Ability to operate a variety of technical equipment
