Your impact
Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in supporting ~25-30 Learners (as part of a larger class) in Correlation One’s virtual training programs. TAs will be expected to provide both synchronous and asynchronous support to Learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content.
Your expertise
- 2+ years of experience with aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical operations environments
- Foundational knowledge of technician-level skills aligned to aerospace roles, including blueprint reading, precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and hands-on exposure to structures, assembly & integration, or composites (e.g., drilling/fastening, basic assembly, or composite materials handling)
- Working knowledge of safety and quality standards common in aerospace or manufacturing environments (e.g., 5S, OSHA, FOD awareness)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience supporting adult learners, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching (required)
- Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office)
- Able to manage multiple Learners and provide timely, high-quality support
