Inspector / Finisher / Slitter / Rewinder

About the role

The Inspector (also known as Finisher, Slitter, Rewinder in the printing industry) is responsible for ensuring the final product (label) meets the standards and specifications of the customer. Key responsibilities include reviewing and understanding job sheets, completing required documentation, setting up jobs on machines, monitoring inspection runs, and removing defective products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work history
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to understand and apply job instructions
• Able to read a ruler and understand common mathematical concepts
• Able to recognize and match colors

Schedule

• Three shifts available:
• 1st shift: Monday through Friday (6a until 2p)
• 2nd shift: Monday through Friday (2p until 10p)
• 3rd shift: Sunday night through Friday morning (10p until 6a)
