Inside Sales Support Specialist
TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in New Jersey for an Inside Sales Support Specialist role. This position will support the sales process and address escalated customer needs to maintain a high-quality customer experience. About the role
Provide sales and customer support through product knowledge, troubleshooting, and understanding customer needs. This role serves as escalated support for sales and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide inside sales support to customers and sales representatives
- Offer escalation and troubleshooting support for the customer service spare parts team
- Communicate with sales, assembly, engineers, and customers
- Provide technical assistance for spare part needs
- Manage purchase orders and oversee inventory
- Upsell additional products when necessary
Requirements
- Inside sales and customer service experience
- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Order management experience
- ERP system experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This is a fully on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity in Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay
$30.00 – $31.00 per hour.
